This is Addie's third time flying (1st to Texas to meet Grandma Kathie, and 2nd was back to Lincoln from Great-Grandpa Pester's funeral).
We had "fun" waiting on our flight -- we hadn't even gotten onto the plane, and had to break out the goldfish!!! 
Oh well, at least she shared the goldfish with us!
Then she must have decided she was ready to go, because she picked up the diaper bag (well, picked up the straps, I don't think the actual bag ever made it off the ground!) and started heading for the plane! 
On the plane we got out the new toys we had been saving for this trip! She really enjoyed her cousin Lindsay and Jace's toys, so we had to get her one too!
It was nice because the flight was about 1/2 full -- so Addisen got her very own seat for the first time! She really enjoyed sitting by herself, and getting strapped in... for about 10 seconds. And then she wanted the seatbelt OFF so she could crawl all over mom and dad!
Dad kept writing Addie's name, and then his name. I don't know of any 1 1/2 year olds who can read/write, but hey, it's worth a try!
And this is why it's easy to sleep over the midwest... It's ALL farmland! Although it might be a little boring, it sure is pretty to me!

Yeah - we started our kids flying early, just cuz I REALLY enjoy it, and it's usually the easiest/fastest way to get across country. Now the girls love it and that is awesome. Now all our kiddos won't be the type with a 'fear' of flying!
