This is our basement, which was intended to be an office/Husker room for Corey. Now it has turned into a playroom with red walls, that just happens to have a TV and computer!
We pulled the couch forward, and put a little "room" behind the couch for Addie's toys. In the main part of the room she has her crafty toys -- her table and chairs for coloring and art projects, and her art easel for when she feels like standing :)
Curious George is keeping watch downstairs for us... Hopefully ensuring Addie stays out of trouble!!! And yes -- I'm sure we'll check in on her every once in a while :)

Addie has all her baby dolls in her "room" with her -- she loves to push them around in the stroller.
Addie's new kitchen -- it's a Wal-Mart special! Only the best for our daughter :) She hasn't seen her new kitchen yet... She is in for a suprise when she wakes up from her nap! Even her room changed around while she was sleeping!
And yes, that is a play vacuum. Don't ask me why -- she loves playing with it. I am not sure where she learned what it does, maybe she saw Grandma vacuuming sometime :)
And we found an Addie sized swingset on Craigslist. We had been looking for a swingset, but she is too small for a large wooden one. And I didn't want to get her a crappy metal one, so we were thrilled to find this!!!
It even has a play area underneath the slide! She loves doors, and even hauled me underneath the slide with her this afternoon. It was a little emberassing trying to crawl through the door with a two year old pushing my butt!!!
Ahhhhh.... A semi-toy free living room!!! We had to leave the gorgeous rocking horse my dad made her for her birthday! (Yes, the horse is wearing a pink cowgirl hat -- technically it's Addie's, but contrary to popular opinion she does occasionally share!)

oh...my goodness. I don't think combined all four of us girls had that many toys! holy cow, Bec! hahaha.
You are definitely going to have to have more kids so you can justify the amount of toys you have! :) I don't think there's any such thing as spoiling a kid Addie's age...just don't let her have everything she wants when she reaches her preteen and teen years. :)
That is rid-ic-u-lous (in a good way)! What a lucky little girl! I hope you're taking pictures when she wakes up -- I bet she'll especially like her little "room" behind the couch.
