Easter Egg Hunt

We went to Corey's grandmothers house for Easter -- we've been doing this pretty much every year since we started dating. She usually plans it as the first weekend in spring to get chores done around her huge GORGEOUS garden/yard.

This year the guys got to dig a tree out of her yard, but they ended up just chopping it down and taking it to the park. And the girls job this year? Scrapbooking!! Sign me up!!!

Corey's grandmother had gone on a Holyland tour this year -- of Jerusalem, and all over. So we had all the pictures from that to put in a scrapbook for her. We ended up splitting it up and taking it home with us... But it will get finished!

We did an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, because Corey's sister could be there as well as her children. Addie had a lot of fun!

Addie and I with her pail, getting ready to find some Easter eggs!!

She, of course, was more interested in the pail!

Jeremiah and Katie finding some eggs!

Addie walking around with her empty pail.

Now she is finding some eggs. For some reason she had to put it in the shovel to put it in her pail. Maybe we've been working a little too hard on eating with a fork???

Once she got started, she found all sorts of eggs!!!

Grandma Connie and Ashlyn

Addie stealing Katie's eggs....

And finding lots and lots of eggs!

Now she's having to work to lift that bucket!

Lindsay is helping Addie find even MORE eggs!

Jace and Amy looking for eggs under the couch.

Addie decided to dump her bucket on top of her dad... who was busy laying on the floor!

Here comes Katie to steal back her eggs!

Jace with all of his eggs!!!

Lindsay and Katie count up their loot with Grandma Carolyn.

Addie gets even MORE candy from Grandma Mary -- a Reece's Pieces carrot, and a yellow bunny rabbit!

I think it's safe to say she like's reece's pieces!!!

Katie got a garden kit -- complete with a watering pail and garden gloves!
